PDF FILES: Each PDF text file below contains charts and text that cover a specific topic. We encourage you to print out each PDF file and study them at your leisure. When you have reviewed the PDF files please go through the video's as well. There are a series of videos entitled TRADING CONCEPT VIDEO'S which will help you understand our definitions on pivot patterns and trends. The INDICATOR OVERVIEW video's describe certain Kwik*POP indicators and their use in defining momentum acceleration/deceleration and the timing of trades in the direction of the prevailing trend.
INTRO: Please review this first PDF file carefully before going any further. We want you to understand the challenges involved in trading for a living and our concept, or battle plan for attacking the markets. Many people discover, after a lot of expense and aggravation, that they do not have the proper temperament for trading. Trading for a living is a business and it is one of the most difficult businesses to succeed at. If you are unwilling to make a major commitment in time to study our indicators and learn how to trade profitably you should consider other alternatives. This PDF file gives an overview on certain conventional momentum oscillators, construction of various moving averages and defines the difference between time interval, tick and volume charts.
BASIC CHART SET UP: We provide a couple of templates with our indicators configured a certain way to help you get started. The first, simplest template, we call PROFILE 1. This PDF file shows you how to set up the indicators used in PROFILE 1 and provides some guidance on trade set ups.
MOMO: This PDF document discusses the concept of matching momentum readings on multiple intervals or time frames to target trading set ups that offer a high probability of success. The document is focused on some indicators we call PUSH DOTS, PIVOTS, POWER POPS and PIVOT POPS.
SCORECARD COLORS: This PDF document discusses the significance of our SCORECARD COLORS. Although the initial part of the file addresses the indicators in TradeStation, please review the rest of the document for a thorough understanding of how we color the candlesticks and the significance of those color changes.
