NEW CUSTOMERS

We'd like to welcome you aboard. The steps below outline the procedure involved for downloading Kwik*POP into your computer.  All subscriptions are linked through PayPal which is a credit card processing facility owned by EBAY. You may elect to license Kwik*POP month to month, quarterly or annually. There are significant price breaks based upon the term of your license.

The license fee will be charged to your PayPal account once you start the download process. You will receive an e-mail confirming your order.

1. You must have a PAYPAL account in order to activate the download. For information on setting up a PAYPAL account please go to www.paypal.com Everything is done on-line over a secure web site and the steps for setting up an account are quite simple.
2. You must have either eSignal, TradeStation or AmiBroker currently installed on your computer BEFORE YOU DOWNLOAD Kwik*POP.
3. Once you click on the PayPal Subscribe button our download link will appear on your computer. In addition there will be a letter containing your USER NAME and PASSWORD identification numbers. PLEASE PRINT THAT OUT and save it in a folder.
4. When the installer options appear on your screen, select the appropriate version and click RUN (OPEN ) please DO NOT SAVE TO DISK. Kwik*POP will automatically be downloaded into your E-Signal, TradeStation or AmiBroker program. The first time you wish to use Kwik*POP you will be prompted for your USER NAME and PASSWORD. Type that in and you are in business. After that you will not need your USER NAME and PASSWORD any longer as the program will continue to operate through the term of your subscription.
5. Instructions for setting up your charts are contained on Flash Video's and PDF files at this link. SET UP Please take time to thoroughly review all video's and PDF files on that link.

Summary of the download procedures (please print this)

Important Note: You must have a current version of eSignal 7.9, or TradeStation 8.01, or AmiBroker installed on your computer  prior to downloading Kwik*POP.

• Click on the link at the bottom of this page . That will take you to our shopping cart.
• Click on the Paypal Button on the Order Page
• Fill in the Paypal information at the bottom of the page
• Click on the button that reads “Submit to Secure Server”
• Review the “Confirm your Payment” page
• Click Pay
• You will next see a page titled “You Have Successfully Signed up”
• Click on the “Continue” Button
• You will next see a page titled “Thank you for Ordering” Print and save that page as it contains your user user name and password.
• Click on “Down Load Kwikpop now” choosing your current charting platform
• The next window is titled “File Download”
• Click on open and proceed with the download. (DO NOT click on save) This is a secure, virus free download. The program will automatically install. ** (TradeStation users can save to disk and import following the Read Me instructions). For eSignal and AmiBroker users you must hit RUN. If you save to disk the program will default and not install properly.
• Click on “Yes” if you agree to the terms of the risk disclosure and disclaimer (please read it thoroughly and if you do not accept the terms the installer will not open and we will refund your PayPal charge within 24 hours)
• The next window is titled “Installation Complete”
• Click “OK”
• Once the installation is completed a READ ME file will appear. Please review that for a definition on the directory path of the Kwik*POP files on your computer.
